Fillet Fish...
Okay, today we get new task from our
lecturer....... To fillet steam fish.
Wow! I got surprisly when i heard my
lecturer said like that,
because i didn’t know how to do.
After, she show us
how to do it, i said with my self. Its quite easy. Hahaha.

Our theme for this restaurant is casual. We choose this
colorful theme to
attract our customer and cheer up
our restaurant.
In this restaurant, we have
two side of
dining.
In the first side we put table for two and it has
stage at
the center.
At the center of the restaurant,
we have a stage for musical, band,
dancing and other related
show.
At this side also has a bar. On the other side,
we have a
dining table for four on water.
This side is suitable for friends who
like to gather together.
Our restaurant prepares western
food for guest such as
chicken chop, lamb chop,
fish and chip and as request from guest.
We also
prepare mocktail, cocktail, soft drink and
carbonated drink for drink.

Okay guys, today we’ve learn about
fruit cutting and salad tossing. Its such a little bit experience but very
interesting to learn.
Firstly, Our lecturer miss Hani teach us how to cutting a fruit and salad tossing.
After that, she ask us to do it again.
